We have three shipping options available: Economy Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day. Economy Ground, 2nd Day and Next Day orders will be shipped and delivered by UPS. Orders will be processed and shipped within one to two business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

Tracking Info

A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse. The confirmation will have some information on how to track your order. You can also track your order by clicking on the button that looks like a little person in the top right corner of our website. Once you've clicked the button you can enter your Order ID # and Order Email to track your order. If it's been over a few days since you entered your order and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation, that's a big bummer! Please contact our customer service team at shop@dblanc.com and we'd be happy to help you.

Return Policy

If you purchased the product from an authorized D'Blanc dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly.

If you purchased the product from www.dblanc.com, please follow these instructions:
If you've used the product you can't return it, sorry! If the product hasn't been used you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase using our pre-paid return shipping label. Please note, $8.00 per returned package, will be deducted from your refund. You can follow the instructions below to get one of those labels. Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange something you'll have to return the unwanted product for a full refund. You can go back and purchase what you need. Please allow 7-14 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded.

To return a purchase, please follow the following instructions:
1. Find the button on the top right of our website that looks like a little person (My Account).
2. If you have an account, sign into your account, click the link to "view my orders," and select the order containing items you'd like to return.
3. If you don't have an account, enter your Order ID # and Order Email.
4. Complete and submit the online return request form, and print the pre-paid return shipping label.
5. Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Make sure that you return the merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packing materials, and stick that return label to your return.
6. Drop your return package off at any UPS shipping location.

A return confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your return is processed. You can always ask us for help, contact our customer service team at shop@dblanc.com and we'd be really happy to help you.

D'BLANC Lifetime Warranty

Congrats on your purchase D’Blanc Eyewear. We stand behind the quality of our sunglasses with a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you should have a problem with your glasses, please visit our website and complete the warranty claim form.

If you purchased the product from an authorized D'Blanc dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly in regards to warranty information.

D’Blanc will repair or replace, at our option, any product determined to be a manufacturer’s defect. Since eventual wear and tear can be expected, reasonable repair charges may be assessed if repairs are necessary as a result of normal wear, scratched lenses, broken hinges, accidental damage, misuse or any other problems that are determined not to be defects. Prescription sunglasses cannot be covered under this warranty.

Eyewear Care

Taking care of your sunglasses properly will ensure that your frames will last.

Always clean your sunglasses by using a cleaner specifically developed for eyewear lenses, with a microfiber lens cleaning cloth or the inside of the suede soft case.

To avoid damage to the lens, DO NOT clean your glasses with t-shirts or paper towels. These can grind dust and fibers into lenses leaving scratches.

Avoid using household detergents, soap or glass cleaner. These are very corrosive and will damage the lenses.

Sunscreens and other lotions can also damage the paint and coating on the frame. Avoid submerging frames under water as frames, hinges and coatings will corrode.

Do not place your sunglasses on the dashboard of your car. Heat can distort the shape of your sunglasses.

When not wearing your glasses, never rest them face down on their lenses. Always keep them in their protective microfiber case.
